What to include in your message
To help us respond faster, please include: your name (or a handle), the specific URL on typeforexam.com you're writing about (if relevant), a brief description of the issue, a screenshot if you're reporting a bug, and — for rule-accuracy feedback — a link to the official notification PDF so we can verify and update.

Found a typo, a broken typing-test, a WPM calculation that looks off, or a certificate that won't download? Please tell us — include your device (desktop / mobile), operating system, browser and version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Not seeing your exam listed? Email us with the exam name, the recruiting authority, and a link to the official notification that specifies the typing-speed requirement and test rules. We prioritise additions based on demand and ease of implementation.
